Program Overview
Mindfulness Through Herbal Tea is a hands-on experience that explores the art of herbal tea-making as a practice for mindfulness, storytelling, and food sovereignty. Participants will engage their senses—touch, smell, and taste—while learning about the healing properties of herbs, the cultural significance of tea, and how to integrate this ritual into daily life.
Through guided activities, participants will create their own herbal tea blends using fresh and dried herbs, practice mindful tasting techniques, and reflect on the connection between plants and well-being. This workshop also provides an opportunity to explore seasonal and culturally significant herbal blends.
