Explore Holistic and Climate-Smart Practices – Implement techniques such as composting, rainwater collection, soil regeneration, and energy flow in nature.
Incorporate Art and Mindfulness into Conservation – Use nature journaling, eco-printing, meditation, and storytelling to deepen their connection to the environment.
Reflect on the Healing Aspects of Nature – Experience the therapeutic benefits of green spaces through sensory engagement, mindfulness exercises, and interactive activities.

Certify Your Habitat to Help Wildlife!
Wildlife habitat gardens are a haven for local birds, butterflies, and other wildlife. By transforming your space, you can certify it as a Certified Wildlife Habitat® through the National Wildlife Federation. This recognition highlights your commitment to restoring habitats and providing essential resources for wildlife.
Creating a wildlife habitat garden is simple and rewarding. Your garden should include:
Food: Native plants that provide nourishment for a variety of wildlife.
Water: Accessible sources for drinking, bathing, and breeding.
Cover: Safe spaces for shelter from weather and predators.
Places to Raise Young: Resources that allow wildlife to reproduce and care for their offspring.
Sustainable Practices: Natural gardening methods that promote clean air, water, and soil.
Once certified, you can proudly display an exclusive Certified Wildlife Habitat® sign to showcase your efforts and inspire others to join the movement.
