This immersive program combines the tactile art of weaving with emotional exploration, providing participants with a hands-on activity that encourages mindfulness and self-expression. Program Objectives
Participants will:

Logistics & Materials
All materials are provided, including a variety of looms, an assortment of fibers (yarns, fabrics, natural materials), and tools necessary for weaving. The venue should have tables and seating arrangements conducive to individual and group activities.
